Promotion of Navigating Children’s Literature Through Controversy. Glocal and Transcultural Perspectives
On May 7, 2024, Dr. Elżbieta Jamróz-Stolarska (Institute of Information and Media Sciences) and dr hab. Mateusz Świetlicki (Institute of English Studies), at the invitation of The Irish Society for the Study of Children’s Literature, took part in the event “Controversies in Children’s and Young Adult Literature” organized as part of the Conversation Series. In conversation with Professor Jennifer Mooney (Dublin City University) and Dr. Siobhan Morrissey (University of Galway), the researchers discussed controversies in children’s and young adult literature and their book Navigating Children’s Literature Through Controversy. Glocal and Transcultural Perspectives (Brill 2023), co-edited with dr hab. Agata Zarzycka.
