4th International Symposium and Workshops for Early Career Researchers in Children’s Literature

W dn. 19–20 marca 2025 r. odbyło się 4th International Symposium and Workshops for Early Career Researchers in Children’s Literature „Children’s Literature for Understanding the Past, Shaping the Present, and Determining the Future”.

W wydarzeniu udział wzięli badacze literatury dla dzieci i młodzieży z trzech kontynentów oraz 18 krajów: Japonii, Singapuru, Indii, Malezji, Nikaragui, Turcji, Portugalii, Hiszpanii, Wielkiej Brytanii, Irlandii, Francji, Czech, Słowacji, Norwegii, Holandii, Austrii, Niemiec i Polski.

Sympozjum posłużyło jako międzynarodowe forum umożliwiające początkującym badaczom zaprezentowanie swoich badań oraz uzyskanie informacji zwrotnej na ich temat. Uczestnicy mieli także okazję wziąć udział w wykładach oraz warsztatach przygotowanych przez światowej sławy badaczki literatury dla dzieci i młodzieży: Evelyn Arizpe (University of Glasgow), Ana Margarida Ramos, (Universidade de Aveiro) oraz Macarena García-González (Universitat Pompeu Fabra).

Organizatorem było Centrum Badań Literatury dla Dzieci i Młodzieży przy Wydziale Neofilologii Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego oraz Wydział Komunikacji Społecznej i Mediów, we współpracy z Uniwersytetem w Aveiro oraz konsorcjum programu Erasmus Mundus International Master: Children’s Literature, Media & Cultural Entrepreneurship. Wydarzenie współfinansowane było przez Uniwersytet Wrocławski w ramach programu „Inicjatywa Doskonałości – Uczelnia Badawcza” IDUB grant „Młody Badacz 2023–2025”. Za organizację odpowiedzialne były: dr Elżbieta Jamróz-Stolarska – kierownik projektu, dr hab. Justyna Deszcz-Tryhubczak, prof. UWr i dr hab. Barbara Kalla, prof. UWr.
